Syed Zulfiqar Ali (SZA) SZA is graduate from Karachi University and has over 26 years of rich and versatile professional experience in a broad spectrum of property management, project management and General Administrative functions.

He has been in responsible position with leading employers such as Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Toyota (IMC), Ciba-Geigy (Pakistan) Ltd and Domestic Appliances Limited. He has extensively managed property related portfolios on a countrywide basis and his real strength and skill lies in project management for which he was awarded the top "ANZ RECOGNITION AWARD"

He enjoys excellent rapport with quality service providers such as architects, interior decorators, petty contractors and various professional bodies, associations and various agencies

DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

Imran Ahmed (IA) IA is a graduate from University of Karachi and has over 10 years of marketing and public relations experience with leading companies.

He has an excellent PR and is well connected with senior Government officers, senior executives and leading businessmen. As a free lancer he has also negotiated property deals, and is also running his sports wears business.

He will be responsible for generating new business for the group and ensuring customer satisfaction of existing clientele.

CHIEF ADVISOR:

Khawar Ghani (KG) KG is a graduate in architecture from university of East London (UK) and member of various professional institutions of Pakistan as well as United Kingdom. He has over 31 years of rich and versatile experience of high profile projects in Pakistan, UK, Egypt, Dubai, Oman and Bahrain

KG has carried out design and supervision of the following prestigious projects;

CONSULTING ARCHITECT:

Navaid Husain (NH) NH is a graduate from university of Karachi and obtained his masters in architecture from London (UK)

He has over 28 years of professional and versatile experience, and is the recipient of Aga Khan award for architecture for designing the PIA squash complex as well as won two awards in the national design competition.

NH has carried out design and supervision for World Bank projects, houses, factories, office buildings, sports facilities, educational facilities, hospitals and also carried out design of buildings and interiors for multinationals firms / Banks and other organizations such as IBM, Levers, PIA, ABN Amro, Union Texas, ANZ Grindlays, Bank of America, SCB, AEG, Siemens, Cotecna etc.

CIVIL ENGINEER:

Muhammad Tahir Shaikh (MTS) MTS is a graduate in Architecture with over 3 years of professional experience on different projects which involve interior designing, detailing, scheduling & coordination with consultants / clients, which also included site visit and supervision. His projects cover renovation and interior designing of Banks, industries and beach huts.

ADVISOR, ELECTRICAL & HVAC:

Zahid Afaq Hakeem (ZAH) ZAH is BE, Electrical and member of AMIE and PEC with over 24 years professional experience to his credit. His specialty lies in Electrical technology, Electronic and HVAC system.

He has designed, installed, operated, maintained and supplied HVAC system to numerous Multinational and Local institution in Pakistan which also includes industrial commercial and residential premises. On the electrical side he has undertaken supply and installation of power and control panels, cables, cable trays etc for water treatment building, air cooled chillers, electrical ducts, heaters and installation of fire alarm/ security system as well as computer wiring and gen-set installation for various clients

MANAGER LEGAL AFFAIRS:

Asad Abbas Zaidi (AAZ) AAZ is MA, LLB and practicing Advocate at the High Court with over 25 years of professional experience of tackling delicate and intricate issues pertaining to civil matters. He is currently taking care of a portfolio of 34 corporate clients and advises us on a project-to-project basis.

MANAGER REAL ESTATE:

Roman Anthony (RA) RA is a graduate with over 20 years of property related experience to his credit. He is fully conversant in the entire documentations pertaining to acquisition of property and has good contacts with all the relevant approving authorities. He is pretty familiar with Defence, Clifton, Saddar, PECHS and Shahrah-e- Faisal areas in property related matters.

MANAGER DOMESTIC APPLIANCES:

Abdul Haseeb (AH) AH is an Associate Engineer in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration and has over 35 years of professional experience, firstly as Manager Sales and Service with Zelins (pvt) Ltd and thereafter servicing various Local and Multinational clients in troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs of household equipments/ appliances.

SUPERVISOR HVAC:

Ashfaq Ahmed (AA) AA has done a certificate course in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning technology from SBTE and has over 24 years of hands on experience in installation of HVAC system. Electrical works, ducting, cooper piping installation of cooling towers and repair and maintenance of air-cooled chillers. He has worked on prestigious projects such as Kot Addu power project, Shell Pakistan, Boots Pakistan, Bank Al Falah, State Life Building and McDonald's.

SUPERVISOR HOUSE KEEPING & GENERAL SERVICES:

Nafees Ahmed (NA) NA is a matriculate and has 25 years of experience in joinery works, upholstery, carpeting, minor civil and plumbing works. He has also worked on a project for the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and completed private projects at the residences of senior Executives of local and Multinational firms.
